OLEANDER Voyage 1738
Please be advised that the Oleander arrived back in Port Elizabeth yesterday to find a multi-day backlog of ships waiting to get into Port Elizabeth. Today the terminal is open to receive BCL containers as usual, however we have been advised that because of the vessel backlog the Oleander will only begin discharging and loading at 0600-0800 on Saturday morning. Our target US departure time will be between 1200-1300 on Saturday. Without significant weather delays during the crossing we are looking for the Oleander to arrive late on Monday. All Monday late gate requests should be made on Monday with an email to email@example.com
QUARTERLY FUEL SURCHARGE ADJUSTMENT
Please also be advised that the quarterly fuel surcharge has been adjusted relative to the market price and is viewed on the website at www.ngl.bm
PHILADELPHIA “DRY RUN” SUCCESS
At the year end the Oleander successfully completed a dry run delivering empties to Holt terminal in Philadelphia. The test confirmed that the importers requested service schedule (Sunday arrivals in season. Monday during winter months) is achievable. Delaware River transit times, crane discharge service capabilities were also affirmed as well as the Oleander’s weekly berthing position for ramp service.
